 Creating your profile can be a challenging task. You need to find or take some nice, but not unrealistic pictures of yourself, describe yourself in a positive, interesting manner and elaborate on what kind of woman you are hoping to find. Here are some tips that will provide some guidance when you are creating your profile.

• When it comes to writing a personal ad, there is some salesman ship involved. You want to give both your appearance and personality a positive, but not unrealistic, spin.
   
• Find or take the best pictures of yourself that you can. With women being so selective online, this is vital! You want at least one face and one full body picture. If you have a picture with a pet such as a dog or a child, so much the better! And guys, your pictures should be no more than a year old.

• Think about the kind of woman that you are hoping to find, and come up with ideas of how you might interest her in getting to know you. This will be your framework for putting together your profile text.

• Do NOT use foul language, sexual innuendos, (unless you're creating an ad for a sex site), or mention very personal matters. Don't start your profile text by complaining how hard this task is because you'll sound both negative, and like a complainer. Both of these attributes are turn offs. • Keep your language positive, and write about your personality, things you like to do, and what's special about you. Specify what kind of woman you are hoping to find. This information should not be a laundry list of items, but it should not be short either.

• Don't lie or mislead her about your appearance, age or personality. I mean, what's the point? She'll eventually find out and then tell her friends about what a jerk you are. Do you want that?!

• Spell and grammar check your profile text. You are being judged!
